Staying Busy

These past few weeks have been BUSY. The last three weeks have consisted of attending school at Texas State, studying, attending 6-pack oupv classes at Captain Roy's in Clear Lake on the weekends, maintaining thefishfeed.com, promoting the Texas State CCA banquet on March 1st, trying to find a new boat and getting ready to sell mine, as well as writing articles-It's been hectic.
However, I have a lot of fishing to look forward to in the near future. Luckily fishing in Matagorda hasn't been up to par lately with high north winds and low tides....of course I feel a little bit better about not fishing lately if I tell myself that.
Luckily, I finished up at Capt. Roy's last Sunday so this weekend I will tying up some loose ends and work on finishing up the paperwork to submit my application to the coast guard for the "official" license. A bayhouse in Caranchua Bay will most likely where I'll be staying this weekend depending on weather. Perhaps some West Matagorda reports will be in the mix following the weekend.
